The firm was founded by Michael J. Buchenhorner in Miami, Florida.  Michael Buchenhorner is an AV-rated registered patent attorney with over twenty years of experience in intellectual property.  Michael holds both a law degree and a degree in Electrical Engineering.

November 4, 2011 - Just in time for the holidays, the USPTO grants a patent for building a snowman (or snowwoman).  US Patent No. 8,011,991 provides directions for this fun winter activity.
